Preparation Machine for Tie Dye Effects
(batik dyeing effects) – TPD -SR applied for Patent

TDP-SR
(single rope execution)

With our machine fabric in rope form will be tied together by 1-4 yarn ends.

We can do S- or Z-windings but also S and Z at the same time (cross and criss-cross windings).
Number of windings per meter, tension of the yarn ends, distance between the windings and also
the winding angle can be adjusted due to frequency converters for each single drive.

We do single rope machines and also double rope machines for higher production.

We have machines for the winding process, we have machines for the unwinding process and we
also produce combination machines that can do the winding and unwinding process.
Different windings ? the dyeing effects are influenced by the tension used to wind the fabric, the distance
between the windings and the number of yarn ends used to tie the rope.

The winding process on our machines is very effective and the speed is 8-10 m/min so on a
double rope system up to 1200 m/h can be prepared. The process can be programmed, so
that for woven or knitted articles, lighter or more heavy articles , the important parameters
can be set accordingly . We get very regular and reproducible effects.

Vorbereitungsmaschine für Batik Färbungen (TIE Dye -Effekte)
wir haben diese Maschinen zum Patent angemeldet .

TDP-SR ( single rope execution – Einfachstrang-Ausführung) und

Mit unseren Maschinen lassen sich Web- oder auch Strickware verarbeiten . Die Maschine bereitet die in Strangform zusammengefasste Ware zur Färbung vor . Je nach Qualität und Komposition der Ware kann auf einer Haspel , einer Overflow ? od. Jetfärbemaschine die Ware im Strang gefärbt werden .

Dazu wird der Warenstrang durch ein bis zu vier Fäden zusammen geschnürt. Die Fäden aus einem sehr starken Polyester Garn werden von Spulen abgezogen und um den Warenstrang gewunden .

Wir haben zu diesem Zweck jeweils 2 Spulen auf einen Flügel montiert , der um den Warenstrang kreist , der durch das Zentrum des Flügels geführt wird .

Zwei solcher Flügel mit jeweils zwei Spulen Aufsteckmöglichkeiten sind hintereinander angeordnet und sind in Ihrer Drehzahl und Drehrichtung frei wählbar. Aus diesem Grund können eins bis vier Fäden aufgelegt werden . Die vier Fäden werden durch vier individuell einstellbare Fadenbremsen mit mehr oder weniger Spannung um den Warenstrang gelegt . Bei einer höheren Fadenspannung wird der Warenstrang stärker abgebunden und eingeschnürt , bei weniger Spannung bleibt der Strang weicher und bei der Färbung kann die Farbe besser eindringen .

Die Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen Warentransport und Umwinder bestimmt das Wickelbild . Bei hoher Umwindung und relativ niedriger Warengeschwingkeit wird das Wickelbild dichter .

Alle Einstellparameter sind reproduzierbar einstellbar . Alle Motoren sind frequenzgeregelt . Als Option bieten wir auch eine speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung an , bei der alle qualitätsrelevanten Daten abgelegt werden und abrufbar sind .

Die Maschine ermöglicht eine unzählige Musterungsmöglichkeit reproduzierbarer Effekte . Mit Hilfe unserer Maschine können selbst in Hochpreisländern zu vertretbaren Kosten Batikeffekte produziert werden .

Zusätzlich kann die Maschine eingesetzt werden um neue Oberflächen Effekte zu erzielen . Dazu wird die Ware wie geschildert eingebunden , mit Dampf oder Hitze fixiert . wenn der Warenstrang dann geöffnet wird , hat die Ware dann das Bid angenommen , das sie durch das Einbinden erhalten hat- dichter oder weniger dicht .

Zusammenfassung :

2. Mit unserer Maschine wird Stoff in Strangform durch 1 - 4 Garnenden zusammengebunden.
3. Wir können in S- oder Z-Form wickeln, aber auch in S- und Z-Form zur gleichen Zeit (Kreuz- und Kreuz- und Quer-Wicklungen). Die Anzahl der Wicklungen pro Meter, die Spannung der Garnenden, der Abstand zwischen den Wicklungen und auch der Wicklungswinkel
   Verschiedene Wicklungen für die Farbeeffekte werden beeinflusst von der Spannung, die beim Wickeln des Stoffes angewandt wird, dem Abstand zwischen den Wicklungen und der Anzahl der Garnenden, die benutzt werden, um den Strang zu binden.

Der Wicklungseffekt auf unseren Maschinen ist sehr effektiv, und die Geschwindigkeit beträgt 8 – 12 m/min, so können auf einem Doppelstrang-System bis zu 1400 m/h vorbereitet werden. Der Prozess kann programmiert werden, so dass die Parameter für gewebte oder gestrickte Artikel, leichtere oder schwerere Artikel entsprechend eingestellt werden k?nnen. Wir erhalten sehr regelmäßige und reproduzierbare Effekte.

Es sind keine speziellen Färbemaschine erforderlich . Lediglich der Färbeprozess, die Farbstoffe und die Hilfsmittel müssen für die Batikfärbung entsprechend ausgewählt werden . Bei Interesse können wir entsprechendes Know How vermitteln und bei der Ausmusterung Hilfestellung leisten.

und selbst auf Blue Denim Meterware konnten wir diese neuen Farb- und Oberflächen- Effekte erreichen

Wir haben nun auch eine Maschine entwickelt , die das Umwindegarn nach der Färbung wieder abwickelt , damit die Ware für die Weiterverarbeitung im breiten Zustand geführt werden kann .

Damit ist der Prozess leistungsstark und preiswert, es kommen keine zusätzlichen Chemikalien zum Einsatz!

Die Effekte sind einzigartig und modisch , somit lassen sich höhere Verkaufspreise am Markt erzielen .

The Presentator

We proudly present our sample show system „Presentator“.

This machine shows textile fabrics, photos – patchworks or in full width. The ideal item to use on fairs, in showrooms, entrance halls or on other events. It can store a number of different articles, depending on its size and on your needs. We can modify and adjust it to your demand.

This model can store 12 different fabric samples - the sequence can be programmed. In addition 7 different flyers are presented. The system is illuminated and can be moved easily on rolls.

This demonstrating device is designed to show fabrics of a final width of 1400 mm. If articles of wider width have to be shown, the machine can easily be adapted. If the quantity of samples has to be increased, there is no problem due to the concept of the system.

In compressed condition the material is plastically deformed by steam injection and heating. Both the temperature and the amount of steam are adjustable, depending on the material and the desired result. With the steam heated execution we can reach appr.175°C, with the electrical heating we can easily reach 220-230 °C, this is sometimes better – for a better fixation and also higher production speed. Also the electrically heated machine is independent of other power supplies. Most of the fabrics run at 165°C to receive a good fixation. Test will be run with new qualities to find the right parameters. Some colours are sensitive to high temperature. Check dyeing recipes in order to use dyes solid to contact heat. If you produce different colours start with the light colours. Crushing Process

Crushing process has to be performed according to the material and the density of the effect required. With our machine the fabric receives a very regular and intensive crush effect. The fabric is almost dry and cold, leaving the tube. This is a big advantage for the final finishing of the fabric. Due to the twister, our effect is not only straight but also varies in long direction, so that rolling processes of this fabric do not cause any problems .The flat woven articles are normally sent to a transfer calander, to fix the crush. On the transfer calander the finishing will be fixed in the way the customer desires.Therefore the inlet frame of the transfer calander must have two additional options:

1. One opening device by driven rollers together with a width control so that the fabric will be stretched to the final width.
2. One overfeed system that allows to feed more fabric.

With these two options the fabric can be finished with more or less visible crush effects. If the customer needs less effect the fabric will be stretched more in weft direction with device No1. No 2 will give more tension to the fabric in warp direction.
